No. Several of our batches — beginner kickboxing, beginner boxing, women's defence, junior fighters — are explicitly built for people who've never thrown a punch before. Praveen will put you in the right batch on trial day.
Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. Gloves and pads can be loaned for your first few sessions. If you decide to continue, we'll recommend the right gloves for your discipline.
Yes. The 17:00–18:30 women's batch is run separately, by Praveen, in a closed format. No mixed-batch obligation. Beginner and intermediate sessions on alternate weekdays.
The junior fighters batch (7–16) is structured with age-appropriate conditioning, no head contact for under-13s, and rule-set sparring only after the foundation is built. Parents are welcome to watch the first few sessions.
Absolutely. Drop-in tier is ₹500 for one session and floor access on the day. Useful if you're visiting Calicut or want to try the gym before committing to a month.
By invitation only, typically after 6 months of consistent training. Praveen identifies fighters with the temperament and the conditioning base, then opens a private conversation. You can also WhatsApp the gym to express interest — it gets logged.
